Compared with rhizosphere microbes,the kingdom of rhizoplane and endosphere microbes,two different specific microbial habitats in underground harbor of plant roots,which might be greatly important for invasive plants successful colonization and expansion,has yet not fully captured ecologists eyes.To get insight into the diversity patterns of rhizoplane and the endosphere microbial community of invasive plant Solidago canadensis L.,a total of 99 endophytes and 83 strains from the rhizoplane were isolated and identified by a combination of morphological and molecular approaches.
