Renal cancer is one of the most frequent malignant tumors in men.Especially in the last decade, new medical treatment options rushed on the market, changing the oncological management completely.From the surgical view, many new treatment options changed the tumor management for renal tumor completely too.Meanwhile in 2011, partial nephrectomy and tumor enucleation surgery is strongly forced, whenever possible.This is in contrast to the former "no touch" policy.
