本文通过对φ0.65mm WAI-1丝的再结晶行为的研究,发现钨绞丝螺圈组织性能的不均匀性和内应力极大地影响着绞丝的再结晶行为,从而缩短了钨绞丝螺圈的使用寿命。实验表明,在一定条件下经过再结晶退火的螺圈钨纹丝,能形成长宽比大的燕尾搭接的晶粒结构,使钨绞丝具有优良的高温抗蠕变性能,从而提高螺圈的使用寿命1.5倍。
In this paper, we study the recrystallization behavior of φ0.65mm WAI-1 filament and find that the inhomogeneity and internal stress of the tungsten filament coil greatly affect the recrystallization behavior of the twisted filament, Circle of life. Experiments show that under certain conditions, recrystallized annealed tungsten wire can form a dovetail-lapped grain structure with a large aspect ratio, and the tungsten-twisted wire has excellent high-temperature creep resistance, thereby increasing the coil 1.5 times the service life.
