This is a sequel to a recent paper [1] where with the aid of a simple procedure we showed that four families of (weakly nonlinear) solitary waves can propagate in a fluid-filled elastic membrane tube and that each solitary wave solution persists for the full system of equations in the sense that the full system has solutions of the solitary-wave type and each exact solution is uniformly approximated by the corresponding leading-order solution.
