　　In this paper,according to the IT markets demand for trained personnel of network engineering application,combined with the Ministry of educations "excellence",aim at the skills training target of students in network engineering practice teaching,make a analysis of problems in the current network engineering practice teaching experiment platform and the teaching process,put forward a network engineering practice teaching mode based on the virtual platform and real combination device.Implement this teaching mode in the practical application,achieve a good teaching effect.
