目的建立单采成分电话招募指南,规范招募行为,优化单采成分献血者人群结构,提高招募成功率、固定单采献血率、双份采集率、单采献血者满意率。方法潍坊市血站从2008年开始,修订《单采成分电话招募指南》,对单采预约顺序、献血义务和告知做出了明确规定和要求,对电话用语和措辞进行了详细描述和示范。在电话预约时特别强调,此时此刻对于本次献血的重要性和迫切性,让每个献血者都意识到患者对血液的需求,从“要我献血”的被动中潜移默化的转化为“我要献血”的自觉行动。在执行《指南》的同时,重点采取了以下措施:一是调动献血者的积极性,让献血者能来。
Objective To establish guidelines for the recruitment of single-component telephone, standardize the recruitment behavior, optimize the population structure of single-component blood donors, improve the success rate of recruitment, fixed single blood donation rate, double acquisition rate and satisfaction rate of single-blood donor. Methods Since 2008, Weifang Blood Station revised the Guidelines on Recruitment of Single-component Telephone Calls and made clear stipulations and requirements on the order of single-sectoral appointment, blood donation obligations and notices, and detailed descriptions and demonstrations of telephone terms and wording. Special emphasis is placed on the telephone booking, at this moment for the importance and urgency of this blood donation, so that each blood donor are aware of the patient’s blood needs, from the “want me to donate blood,” the passive subtle transformation into “I want to donate blood ” conscious action. In the implementation of the “Guide” at the same time, focusing on the following measures: First, to mobilize the enthusiasm of blood donors, blood donors can come.
