　　Adjuvant chemotherapy is the most important strategy to prevent the recurrence of bladder cancer after surgery[1].However,the low permeability effect and short residence time of intravesical drug make the prognosis unsatisfactory.In order to overcome these drawbacks,several kinds of potent drug formulations have been developed,such as cationic polymer nanomedicine[2].
