目的：CCDC家族是一类具有Coil-Coil结构域的蛋白分子,CCDC134是该家族中的一员,有分泌肽和核定位序列,具有独特的运动和作用方式。我们的预实验结果表明,该分子能促进Ⅰ型干扰素和IL-6产生。本研究拟分析CCDC 134在天然免疫反应中的作用,进一步探讨CCDC 134对TLRs和RLRs信号通路的影响,寻找到CCDC 134调控Ⅰ型干扰素及IL-6的作用方式,相互作用蛋白和作用机制。
