In this paper,we design a kind of intelligent mechanical switch system based on the Android platform,such as the schools lamp and other old pressing switch that can be removed,not convenient to disassemble and remove.The execution part are mechanical fingers,through the mechanical fingers to switch the press and to control the switch,finally realizes the networking of the switch control; switch state detection used the switching surface reflection of infrared light.Traditional networking equipment is the use of relay control signal,it needs to be used after the original line transformation.To solve this kind of problems,this research can control and detect the original switch without removing the original switch equipment,the system and the controlled switch equipment two circuits to achieve physical isolation.We used the current popular bluetooth technology and the mechanical finger pressing operation switch control,combining with the Android platform to develop mobile client,to control the indoor lighting switch.This paper design a intelligent lamp second switch device based on bluetooth Android platform,this system can realize the function of remote switch control and voice recognition.The experiment shows that the system has the advantages of safety in use,convenient disassembly,easy to install,low cost and good control effect.
