莱姆病是一种人兽共患病，已严重威胁人类健康，成全球公共卫生问题，引起全球关注.伯氏疏螺旋体是通过蜱叮咬传播而引起人莱姆病的病原体，其表面存在众多膜蛋白，具有免疫性和致病性.BmpA (Borrelia Burgdorferi membrance proteinA)是伯氏疏螺旋体的主要抗原，为层粘连蛋白结合蛋白，是莱姆关节炎的致病因子.本文就BmpA在蛋白功能，诊断应用和莱姆关节炎致病机理三方面研究
