Background In a previous study of Chinese patients with idiopathic pulmonary arterial hypertension (IPAH) in the non-targeted therapy era, we reported 1-and 3-year survival estimates of only 68％ and 39％, respectively.However, it is not yet known whether the survival of patients with PAH is improved in the modem management era.

目的 分析肺栓塞的影响因素,并探讨肺栓塞患者的临床预防及护理措施.方法 通过医院病案统计管理系统,选取2009年10月-2011年10月于广州市呼吸疾病研究所的住院229例,通过查阅病历以及电话咨询补充,分析影响因素.结果 性别在肺栓塞危险因素的比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05);≥61岁年龄段,同时存在4-5项或2项或只存在1项危险因素时,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).
