Sweetpotato is an economically important food crops for several reasons.It is commonly used to staple food for humans and feedstuff for animals.It also provides useful products such as bioethanol and flour for human use(Jikun et al.,2004; Cevallos-Casals and Cisneros-Zevallos,2002).In 60s and 70s last century,sweetpotato saved hundreds of millions of Chinese people as the main food crop.
