　　Patients,female,54 years old,found in the liver space occupying lesions for 33 months.Enhanced CT,pathological biopsy and immunohistochemistry were performed on the upper abdomen,and Syn(+)and CD56(+)were diagnosed as primary hepatic neuroendocrine carcinoma.
