负荷的急剧变化是工程机械、拖拉机等作业机械负荷工况最重要的特征之一。为模拟实际负荷变化,研制了一种发动机的动态试验系统。本文介绍了在此试验台架上对自然吸气型柴油机所进行的某些试验研究,讨论了各种因素对柴油机动态响应特性的影响,对柴油机动态性能与静态特性进行了对比分析。
The drastic change of load is one of the most important features of load conditions of construction machinery, tractors and other work machinery. In order to simulate the actual load changes, a dynamic test system of the engine was developed. In this paper, some experimental studies of naturally aspirated diesel engines on this test bench are introduced. The influences of various factors on the dynamic response characteristics of diesel engines are discussed. The dynamic performance and static characteristics of diesel engines are compared and analyzed.
