The implementation of EVP is becoming more and more important with the development of new energy vehicles and the target of low energy consumption. It has a great influence on NVH, pedal feeling and braking. The process of vehicle matching is still un- der development due to lack of application experience. Based on previous development experience, this paper puts forward a vehicle matching process that can be used to save time and cost and ensure driving safety. How to carry on the vehicle matching is the focus of the study in consideration of that EVP is a mature product, especially how to design control based on vehicle state are not clearly described in published articles. This paper focused on control and fault detection strategy of EVP. EVP structure, an application method of comparison, key bench tests related to performance of EVP, vehicle tests re- sults are illustrated. Vehicle loading methods combined with layout and system architecture is also discussed.

针对车辆怠速时驾驶座椅振动现象,对发动机悬置上下端及座椅导轨的振动加速度信号做阶次跟踪和频谱分析,认为该振动主要由发动机自身二阶激励引起.为消除该现象,将动刚度二级可变的空气弹簧式半主动控制液压悬置应用于发动机左侧支撑.试验对比表明,半主动控制的发动机悬置对怠速时发动机左侧的异常振动具有很好的隔离效果,提升了车辆怠速工况的振动舒适性,同时也满足了车辆正常行驶时的悬置动刚度要求.
