Objective: As a complex brain disease that severely damages the life and health of humans, acute ischemic stroke (AIS)is featured by high incidence, high mortality, high disability and high reoccurrence rates.Lots of researches show, the occurrence and development process of AIS is a complex process containing the interactions of multiple genes and many factors, but the traditional drug development modes are mostly pertinent to "a disease,a target and a drug",and has a low success rate in the clinical experiments. So we need a new drug development modeIn involving the interactions of multiple genes and many factors.Taking relevant genes of AIS as the research object, the paper uses the division methods of network modules to classify the disease protein module of acute ischemic stroke, which emphasizes on the links of the interaction between genes in the module.Besides,by means of functional cluster and pathway analysis of relevant genes, the interacting network module of pathogenic proteins and/or potential drug target in the acute ischemic stroke are found to provide research direction and theoretic basis for the development of new alternative drugs in the laboratories.
