　　Key molecular mechanisms controlling T cell receptor (TCR) signaling remain to be fully elucidated.Here we report that Nrdp1, a ring-finger type E3 ligase, mediates TCR signaling in CD8+T cells.We demonstrate that Nrdp1 is highly and selectively expressed by nave CD8+T cells, and its deficiency significantly promotes activation and proliferation of CD8+ T cells after TCR engagement.
