Environmental behavior studies formed in the 1960s,the new methodology was acted by the internal cause,the change in philosophical view,and the external cause,driving force of society.It regard "man-society-nature" as complex ecosystem,reviewing the relationship between human and environment.The research field of environmental behavior studies is extensive,the paper focused on peoples perception on the environment and impact of physical environment on individual behavior.The paper regard the relationship between outer space of Mongolia Learning Temple and the human behavior,experience,as a whole unit,with interrelated,interaction of systematic point of view,from liner causality analysis to network causality analysis,from one-way causality analysis to interacting with one another causality analysis,interpretation the relationship between human and environment,to achieve the aim that explore relationship between human and environment,with guiding thought from the background of Tibetan Buddhist religious.Materials create space,and architectural space plays a real role,"virtual" and "real" dialectical interdependence not only exists in the single building,but also in the whole composition,ground decoration,building wall and courtyard wall form significant outer space,design outer space proposal the concept of outer space,the earliest.The author thought "outer space" date from nature,and more meaningful than common nature environment,with a centrality space order and active space that satisfy peoples intentions and functions.Mongolian Learning Temple blend education and religion,Genghis Khan introduce the kind of education mode in a period of time,greatly improve the civilization level of the Mongolian.But only emphasized the personal practice,limited and imprisoned peoples thought in a certain.Because of this characteristics of region eduction,peoples subjective initiative and creative is greatly weakened,Mongolian Learning Temple completely follow Tibetan architectural form of general layout,architectural style,building techniques,not according to the special climate of Mongolia region and geographical conditions,to create new architectural art.although because of narrow side of temple education,should not ignore the contribution to Mongolian culture by temple education.
