  This paper focused on the early-stage development of infants and reviewed the researches on interventions of high-risk infants and assessments of their development.The situations of this area were briefly introduced.Then, some intervention methods aiming at early-stage development of infants were listed.Along with the emergence of intervention methods, three kinds of assessments were developed earlier or later, i.e.psychological measurement and observation method, biochemical determination method, and physiological detection method.
