铁水流孕育使灰铸铁石墨形态和分布得到明显改善,强度和断面均匀性提高。配合使用少量合金,能在较高碳当量(CE3.90~4.05%)条件下保证试棒抗拉强度达到250兆帕以上,缸盖铸件本体强度稳定在200兆帕以上。在大批量流水线上应用此工艺进行生产,缸盖铸件材质性能全面达到英国里卡图(RICARDO)公司产品设计要求。
Iron flow pregnant gray iron graphite morphology and distribution has been significantly improved, strength and cross-sectional uniformity increased. With the use of a small amount of alloy, the tensile strength of the test bar can be guaranteed to be over 250 MPa under the conditions of higher carbon equivalent (CE3.90 ~ 4.05%) and the strength of the cylinder head cast body stabilized at over 200 MPa. In the high-volume assembly line on the application of this technology for production, cylinder head castings material properties fully meet the British RICARDO (RICARDO) product design requirements.
