Two-dimensional (2D) nanomaterials have attracted great attention in recent years due to their unique structures and the as performed electronic and optoelectronic properties.Bottom-up approaches starting from small aromatic molecules afford versatile possibilities for the formation of 2D aromatic networks with well-defined structures.
