本文探讨了黄河三角洲水土资源的现状,特别是土壤盐渍化状况及高矿化地下水的分布规律。在进行分区评价的基础上,指出了不同区域水土资源的开发利用条件和注意的问题。强调了三角洲土地开发的成败关键是有效的排水设施和调控地下水位。研究认为,黄河三角洲具有丰富的水土资源,开发中应重视的几个基本问题:总体规划,分区开发,因地制宜,综合治理;维护生态平衡;防治土壤次生盐渍化的扩大;建立开发试验站,掌握土肥,水盐动态。
This article explores the present situation of soil and water resources in the Yellow River Delta, especially the status of soil salinization and the distribution of highly mineralized groundwater. Based on the zoning evaluation, the conditions of development and utilization of land and water resources in different regions and the problems to be noticed are pointed out. Stressed that the key to the success or failure of the development of the delta land is effective drainage facilities and regulation of the groundwater table. The study suggests that the Yellow River Delta is rich in water and soil resources. Several basic problems should be emphasized in the development of the Yellow River Delta: overall planning, zoning development, local conditions and comprehensive management; ecological balance; prevention and control of secondary soil salinization; establishment of a pilot station , Master soil fertilizer, water and salt dynamics.
