Recent studies have shown that pyrrolo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-based oligoarylenes exhibit valuable photoluminescent properties.[1] In view of the growing importance of highly efficient light-emitting materials a series of novel pyrrolopyrimidines 1 bearing 1,2,3-triazole bridge between aromatic and heterocyclic parts of molecule by CuAAC reaction were synthesizedand their photophysical properties have been studied.
