　　Due to the intrinsic inertness of titanium surface,and the long period(usually more than 4weeks)for deposition of a fully covered apatite layer through immersion in SBF [1],our research indicated high temperature and high concentration of SBF can significantly modify the morphology and structure of HA and rapidly evaluate the bioactivity of titanium and form a bioactive coating.
