翻白草丹参合剂对2型糖尿病大鼠模型PPAR-γ基因表达作用的分子机制研究

目的:观察翻百草丹参合剂干预治疗2型糖尿病大鼠模型糖、脂代谢和PPAR-γ基因表达水平的分子机制研究.方法:建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,将90只大鼠随机分为4组,正常对照组15只,T2DM模型组25只,马来酸罗格列酮阳性对照组25只,翻白草丹参合剂(翻白草、丹参、黄芪、五味子、天花粉)中药实验组25只.翻白草丹参合剂采用水萃取方法制备药物制剂,马来酸罗格列酮水溶剂,中药实验组和阳性对照组每日早晚两次灌胃给药,正常对照组和模型组每日早晚两次灌胃等体积水,连续观察12周后,分别检测大鼠的体重、空腹血糖,总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白、低密度脂蛋白,采用PT-PCR方法检测大鼠大网膜PPAR-γ基因表达.
