Levels of auxin, which regulate both cell division and cell elongation in plant development, are controlled by synthesis, inactivation, transport, and the use of storage forms.Conversion of the auxin precursor indole-3-butyric acid (IBA) to the active auxin indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) contributes to an array of seedling development events, including cotyledon expansion, root hair elongation, lateral root formation,apical hook formation, and root meristem maintenance.

木薯(Manihot esculenta Crantz)是世界热带亚热带地区重要的粮食与经济作物之一，可作食用、饲用、加工淀粉及燃料酒精，是一种十分具有开发利用价值的热带能源作物，但是木薯作为热带亚热带作物极不耐低温及盐碱，是一种冷敏感型作物.10℃的低温即可对其造成伤害，因此，研究木薯抗寒具有重要意义.
本文对云南小粒种咖啡高海拔种植适应性进行了分析和评价，进一步明确在适宜的范围内，海拔越高，杯品质量越好；高海拔是生产精品咖啡的重要条件，卡蒂姆咖啡在高海拔种植杯品质量显著提高；发展高海拔咖啡生产，咖啡优质优价，显著提高咖啡生产经营效益，对促进国内小粒种咖啡生产持续发展具有现实意义。
