核电大锻件高性能化智能制造

  核电大锻件设计、制造中暴露下述问题: (1)部分取样位置的性能不能表征锻件本体的可靠性。(2)核电大锻件设计趋向一体化、超大型化,有些锻件的厚度已超出钢的临界淬透厚度。(3)个别大锻件的技术条件要求"回火后的组织为铁素体+珠光体/索氏体/屈氏体"应为技术错误。这些问题有可能造成安全性隐患。为此,提出核电大锻件高性能化智能制造的理念,其关键之一是创建高性能化设计平台,将数字化设计、材料虚拟生产与性能场预报、虚拟破坏试验三者并行处理迭代优化,实现材料性能场与承载应力场匹配。其二是创建融合实验工具、计算工具、生产试验及大数据信息学方法的大锻件高性能化制造平台,保障大锻件性能。
