目的：探讨4周有氧运动对大鼠心房肌蛋白质组差异表达的影响，筛选出心房肌中与有氧运动适应密切相关的目标蛋白质点，并对部分目标蛋白质点的mRNA表达水平进行研究，为深入研究长期规律的有氧运动对促进心脏健康的作用提供支持；为全民健身运动及慢性心血管疾病的运动康复研究提供新的思路及理论依据与实验基础.方法：20只SD雄性大鼠按体重和运动能力随机配对分为运动组和对照组(n=10).采用跑台运动的方式，适应性
