In order to solve the synthesized fire and electronic warfare decision-making problem for the aircraft, for the incomplete of battlefield information, the rough-group decision-making system for fire and electronic warfare under incomplete information is defined. The algorithm process is given too. The optimal selection of the decision-making information system is put forward according to the principle to make the decision have the maximum probability and then the decision-making rule is extracted from the optimal selection. Based on the exertion principle of fire and electronic warfare, the simulation is validated under the battle condition and the result shows that the application of rough-group method of fire and electronic warfare for the new generation aircraft is feasible and effective.
