　　Auxin as a kind of main hormone not only plays an important role for the growth and development,but also functions in defense response.P450 gene OsCYP71Z2 enhanced disease resistance through regulation of phytoalexin biosynthesis in rice.However,it is still unclear whether auxin is involved in disease resistance regulated by OsCYP71Z2 in rice.In this study,the expression level of OsCYP71Z2 was induced by Xanthomonas oryzae pv.oryzae(Xoo).
