文章提出了估计未决赔款准备金的一种新模型一一二阶段广义线性混合模型，通过建立二个广义线性混合模型来分别估计赔款次数和案均赔款额，从而估算总的未决赔款准备金，实例分析证明基于二阶段广义线性混合模型的未决赔款准备金的估计，与目前文献中常用的模型(比如广义线性模型，广义线性混合模型，二阶段广义线性模型)的估计相比较，误差更小，估计精度更高。
