OBJECTIVE To specifically looking at the NAc striatum connection in human drug addicts.METHODS In to tal 23 heroin addicted and 15 control subjects were scanned in a 3T GE scanner with TR =2000 ms, TE =25 ms, flip angle =90, slice thickness =5 mm with a 1mm skip, and a matrix of 64 × 64.Using the NAc as a seed functional connectivity was compared between groups.The data was then motion corrected and linearly detrended.Heartbeat signal and respiration signal were monitored during the scan and then regressed out.

目的 对酮酸显色法检测DAO酶活性的条件进行改进,以建立适合筛选大鼠脊髓DAO抑制剂治疗疼痛的方法。方法 大鼠脊髓粗提液与底物D型丙氨酸反应后加三氯乙酸终止反应,上清液先与酸化的2,4-二硝基苯肼反应,再碱化显色后于450 nm测定吸光度值以计算脊髓D型氨基酸氧化酶(DAO)酶活力。为确定最佳条件,酶粗提液首先与过量底物反应,选取反应未饱和但显色明显的时间点作为合适反应时间；之后测定在此时间内脊髓
