冠县地处山东省最西部,位于位山灌区最下游,由于近年来干旱少雨,加上客水资源不足,水供需矛盾愈加突出,水资源短缺.水浪费十分严重。发展节水灌溉已成为冠县一项紧迫性战略任务.是缓解水资源供需矛盾的有效途径.是全面建设小康社会、构建和谐社会的重要保证。
Guanxian County is located in the westernmost part of Shandong Province and is located at the most downstream of Weishan Irrigation District. Due to the lack of water in recent years and the lack of passenger water resources, the contradiction between water supply and demand has become even more conspicuous and water resources are scarce. The development of water-saving irrigation has become an urgent strategic task in Guan County, which is an effective way to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of water resources and an important guarantee for building an overall well-to-do society and building a harmonious society.
