目的 探讨改良Barthel指数(Modified Barthel Index,MBI)在脊髓损伤康复患者中的评价者间的可靠性,为临床护理中评估日常生活活动能力(Activities of Daily Living,ADL),制定康复护理计划和评估康复护理质量提供依据.方法 样本来自2014年1月至2014年3月的20名脊髓损伤患者,均处于稳定期,能积极参与康复训练,并在连续康复3个月后出院.先由具有丰富教学及工作经验的康复治疗师对2名护士:评价者A和评价者B进行培训,内容包括熟悉MBI的评定标准和进行预测试.
