The phase transformation of carbon materials under high pressure have attracted growing research interest due to the appearance ofnanometer scale size effect and the novel high pressure behavior which is hardly discovered in their corresponding bulk samples.New type of materials with excellent physical and chemical properties can be consequently found which is rarely obtained at ambient condition.
