Aim of the study:This study was to investigate the novel preparation of the solid lipid nanoparticle-enriched hydrogel (SLN-gel) for the topical delivery of astragaloside Ⅳ,as well as to study the influence of astragaloside Ⅳ based SLN-gel on wound healing and scar formation.Materials and methods:Solid lipid nanoparticle (SLN) was prepared by solvent evaporation method with glycerol tristearate and poloxamer 188 as lipid phase and surfactant, respectively. The particle size, polydispersity index (PDI),zeta potential (ZP),encapsulation efficiency (EE),drug release and morphological properties were characterized.
