本研究在构建了包含217对SSR引物的分子标记遗传连锁图谱基础上，以优良玉米杂交种农大108(许178×黄C)的一套RIL群体及其”永久F2”群体为基础材料，通过2年4点田间试验，结合田间分期取样，利用复合区间作图法，对玉米灌浆速率、籽粒容重及其相关性状进行了QTL分析。
