Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is one of the most common malignant tumors and its incidence has been increasing worldwide.Apolipoprotein M (apoM) is a novel apolipoprotein and is mainly expressed by liver and kidney tissues.However,anti-tumor properties of apoM are seldomly addressed. In the present study,we evaluated the anti-tumor activity and mechanisms of apoM on HCC in vivo and in vitro.
