"ChangE-1" and "ChangE-2" lunar spacecraft was launched successfully in October,2007,and October,2010,and inserted into polar circular orbit with altitude of 200km,and 100km,respectively.During December,2010,CE-2 was operated in the phase of orbit plane near the Sun-Moon line, and the Solar Wind Ion Detector (SWID) on the spacecraft, observed the upstream solar wind velocity and temperature at altitude of 100km above the lunar surface.SWID covered a large range of lunar longitude from 100o~260o,and the solar wind velocity observed by CE-2 at 100km altitude were decelerated by the downstream crustal magnetic anomaly. The solar wind velocity deceleration distribution with lunar longitude near lunar equator was presented in this study, and compared with lunar crustal magnetic anomaly distribution. We found that lunar surface crustal magnetic anomaly is the main obstacle to decelerate the solar wind at 100km above even at low latitude regions. If so,these likely represent the first such observations of solar wind deceleration at 100km altitude above lunar equator magnetic anomaly.
