　　Occurrence of rice false smut disease is increasing worldwide, but the underlying mechanism of rice-Ustilaginoidea virens interaction is still unclear.We isolated the total RNA from U.virens-infected spikelets of an indica rice Chuannong H2S at 13 days post inoculation (dpi), when pathogen hyphae extended into inner floral organs of rice spikelets.
