我厂生产的大型电站锅炉上所用高压锅炉钢管,虽然采用的管材都是经钢管厂超声波和涡流100%探伤合格的钢管,但仍因管材缺陷而发生水压泄漏的质量事故。为此我厂建成了一条钢管涡流探伤自动线。通过采用了低频、高同心度、大填充系数等技术措施,并用比GB7735—87A级验收标准高10dB增益的灵敏度进行涡流探伤,基本杜绝了管材泄漏事故。
The high-pressure boiler tubes used in the large-scale power station boilers produced by our factory, although the pipes adopted are 100% flawed steel pipes by the ultrasonic wave and eddy current in the steel pipe factory, but the quality accidents of water pressure leaking still occur due to the pipe defects. To this end I built a plant steel eddy current testing automatic line. Through the adoption of low frequency, high concentricity, a large filling factor and other technical measures, and with GB7735-87A level of acceptance criteria 10dB gain sensitivity eddy current testing, the basic elimination of pipe leakage.
