The terahertz (THz) frequency regime is currently being studied and has attracted attention in the fields of pharmaceuticals, biology, and other industrial materials.The THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) is the most common spectroscopic technique used in this spectral region.However, the THz-TDS system performing both high through-put and broad spectral bandwidth has not thus far been realized.
