近年来内蒙古中东部地区盐碱地大面积开发种植水稻。水稻育苗是水稻生产的一个关键环节,直接关系到水稻的产量问题。目前内蒙古水稻生产还未发展到工厂化水平,秧苗培育是庭院式拱棚技术。在这样的农业种植区每年都有水稻立枯病的爆发,给水稻生产带来严重经济损失。水稻立枯病是寒地水稻常见的苗期病害,发生此类病害后,茎部发生枯萎,植株矮化、变黄发生轻时,苗床秧苗变黄,严重发生时会引起秧苗成片枯死甚至全床毁苗。有关水稻立枯病害,国内外学者的研究结果差异较大,对于内蒙古水稻立枯病原菌种类鉴定研究至今还没有报道。本研究在2012 ~2013年分别从内蒙古通辽市科左后旗3个苏木镇(金宝屯镇、茂道吐苏木、阿都沁镇)和内蒙古赤峰市巴林右旗1个镇(大板镇)水稻产区,采集秧苗立枯病害标样,分离纯化到157个腐霉属菌株,通过形态学观察和rDNA-ITS序列分析以及致病性测定研究,明确了该地区水稻秧苗立枯病原腐霉菌的种类,为内蒙古水稻立枯病的防治奠定重要的基础。

稻曲病近年来在我国多个水稻产区已逐渐上升为主要病害,认识与防控稻曲病对国家粮食生产安全十分重要。稻曲病的突出特征是稻曲病菌特异性侵染水稻颖花形成体积数倍于稻粒的稻曲球,然而目前国内外对该过程的内在机理仍不清楚。由于稻曲病菌侵染进程会因水稻材料及环境条件的差异而改变,因此,我们结合显微镜和转录组学技术探索了稻曲病菌侵染水稻花器的分子机理。结果显示,在我们的实验条件下,用感病材料蒲江6号人工接种稻曲病
