Printed electronics is an emerging industry aimed at large-scale and ultralow-cost application of electronic products, and will play a very important role in the field of organic thin film transistors(OTFTs).The development of solution-processable organic semiconductors(OSCs),is essential to enable the application of printed electronics in OTFTs.The p-type(hole transport)and n-type(electron transport)OSCs are equally important for constructing robust and low-power-consumption organic complementary circuits. While the device performance and ambient stability of n-type OSCs are outmatched by their p-type counterparts [1].Therefore,high-performance ambient-stable solution-processable n-type OSCs are highly desirable in OTFTs and printed electronics. As shown in Figure 1,a class of high-performance n-type OSCs,named as NDI-DTYM2,were developed by Gao et al.[2] and their-based solution-processed n-channel OTFTs showed high electron mobility of up to 3.5 cm2 V-1 s-1 in air [3].Furthermore,the solution-processed OTFTs based on NDI-DTYM2 have been used for flexible organic circuit [4] and for chemical/pressure sensors [5,6].
