The burning of coals with high arsenic content between the condition from 700℃ to 1000℃ was analyzed,when CaO and kaolin were used as sorbent.The particle size distribution and characteristic of fly ash during coal burning were inspected by stage sampler.The results indicated that arsenic content in the fly ash decreased from the range between 2370 μg/g and 5908 μg/g to the range between 1032 μg/g and 2646 μg/g.And the particle size range is between 3.4 and 16.3 μm by about 60 percent of fly ash without sorbent.After the addition of sorbent,the particle size range changed to 5.4~24.1 μm.Therefore,arsenic content in the fly ash increased evidently with the increase of burning temperature.Furthermore,addition of sorbents led to higher arsenic content in the bottom ash,then consequently lower enrichment of arsenic to fly ash and bigger particle size of fly ash.And finally it showed the obvious inhibition effect to the arsenic emission.
