　　LLC and IPS Methods of Unit Root Test in Panel Data often is necessary for economic analysis.However,in some present empirical analysis,there are lack of understanding of these two methods.This paper particularly compares the difference of LL method and IPS method from test model、hypothesis、using method of data test function sample size and the condition of N&T.This paper discusses the esdential difference of these two methods and some problems occurred in these two methods.
