Metal-organic frameworks(MOFs)have attracted much attention due to a unique combination of properties,such as extremely high surface areas,crystalline open structures,tunable pore size,and functionality.These features make them as prospective materials in gas storage,catalysis and separation [1-3].Metallic components are essential parts in all MOFs structures.In most cases,these metal ions are blocked by solvent molecules,when removed,leaving free positions available for substrate chemisorption.Based on our groups early research [4],we prepared MOFs contain iron.Catalytic properties of NH2-MIL-53(Fe),MIL-53(Fe)and MIL-1O1(Fe)in the oxidation of phenol with hydrogen peroxide have been explored.All catalysts allow phenol oxidation under mild conditions(latm,25℃).The stability of the catalytic system and conversion of chemical oxygen demand(COD)have also been tested.
