背景：干燥综合征 (Sjogren syndrome,SS)是一种慢性系统性自身免疫病,目前该病发病机制不明,且缺乏有效治疗方法。白细胞介素-27(interleukin-27,IL-27)是IL-12家族中的一种异二聚体细胞因子,主要由活化的抗原提呈细胞,如树突状细胞和巨噬细胞分泌。
