我们最近研制了一台真空紫外激光脱附/电离质谱成像(VUVDI-MSI)新装置[1-3].利用两台Nd-YAG 激光器泵浦三台染料激光产生的三束准直激光通过恒温的汞蒸气池，四波混频产生波长为125.4 nm 的高强度VUV 激光(约为100 微焦耳/脉冲).
