　　Objective To investigate whether neonatal overfeeding would permanently increase susceptibility to obesity,insulin resistance and sensitivity to high fat diet (HFD) and potential molecular mechanisms.Methods Pups were raised in either 3pups/litter (chronic postnatal overfeeding,CPO) or 10pups/litter (control,CTR).After weaning,a subset of mice was placed onto HFD.
